Refund & Cancellation

We have two types of products — one-time web design projects and recurring Find Clients subscriptions. The refund policy differs for each. If you have any issue, always email us first at hello@uniqodes.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
Website Design Projects
Before work begins
If you cancel before any work has started, we will review your request and may issue a refund minus any non-recoverable payment processing fees. Contact us within 48 hours of payment for the best outcome.
After work has started
Once work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable as time and resources have been allocated to your project. If we are unable to complete the project due to circumstances on our end, we will agree on a fair partial refund or credit toward future services.
Revisions and scope
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Work outside the agreed scope is not covered and may require additional payment. Revision limits do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Custom projects
Custom projects may include specific terms that override this policy where applicable. These will always be agreed in writing before work begins.
Find Clients Subscriptions
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, as you retain full access to the platform for that period.
If you were charged in error, experienced a technical failure that prevented access, or have another exceptional circumstance, email us at hello@uniqodes.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review it.
Free trials
If a free trial is offered, no charge is made during the trial period. You can cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial.
Plan changes
If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
Chargebacks
If you have any issue with a charge, please contact us at hello@uniqodes.com before initiating a chargeback. We respond to all billing queries within 2 business days and will always aim to resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
