Refund & Cancellation Policy
General
All projects are typically paid upfront before work begins. Payment reserves time, resources, and project scheduling.
Cancellation before work begins
If cancellation is requested before work has started, we will review the request and may issue a refund minus any non-recoverable payment processing fees or initial work already completed.
After work has started
Once work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable as resources and time have been allocated to your project.
If completion is not possible due to circumstances outside your control, we may agree on a partial refund or credit toward future services.
Revision scope
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Work outside the agreed scope is not included and may require additional payment.
Custom work
Custom projects may include specific terms that override this policy where applicable. These will always be agreed before work begins.
Chargebacks
If you have any issue, you agree to contact us first at hello@uniqodes.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the matter directly.
