1. About Uniqodes

Uniqodes provides two core services: professional web design and development ("Website Services"), and a research and outreach workspace that helps web designers find potential clients ("Find Clients"). By accessing or using either service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

3. Website Services

3.1 Scope of Work

Website design services are delivered as described on our website and in your selected package or written proposal. Scope, deliverables, and timelines depend on the package or agreement selected at checkout or confirmed in writing.

3.2 Payment

Fees are as stated at the time of purchase or in a written quote. Payment is required in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider. We do not store or access your payment card details. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all materials required for the project — including content, branding assets, and feedback — within reasonable timeframes. Delays in providing materials may affect delivery timelines and do not entitle you to a refund.

3.4 Deliverables and Ownership

Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the final deliverables for your business purposes as agreed in your selected package. You retain ownership of all materials you provide. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery.

3.5 Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional payment and will be quoted separately before proceeding.

4. Find Clients

4.1 What the Feature Does

Find Clients searches publicly available business information — including business directories, public registries, and publicly visible online profiles — to present potential leads to our users. Users can also generate editable outreach drafts based on the available business information.

4.2 Subscription Plans

Find Clients includes a free tier with a lifetime allowance of five business opportunities, plus paid plans with monthly limits. Plan details, lead limits, and pricing are described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and continue until cancelled. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

4.3 Fair Use

Find Clients is provided for legitimate business development purposes only. You agree not to use it to harvest data at scale, resell lead data to third parties, scrape or automate requests beyond normal usage, or use it for any unlawful purpose including spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messaging.

4.4 Data Accuracy

Business data is retrieved from public sources and may not always be complete, current, or accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of lead data and are not liable for decisions made based on it. Always verify information before reaching out to a business.

4.5 Outreach Drafts

Generated outreach drafts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and choosing whether to send any outreach. We are not responsible for the content of messages you send or any responses you receive.

4.6 Saved Leads

Leads you save are stored in your account. If you cancel a paid subscription, your saved leads remain accessible and your account returns to the free plan at the end of your billing period — you keep your lifetime free allowance but lose paid monthly limits until you resubscribe.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use any part of Uniqodes for unlawful purposes, to infringe on the rights of others, to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications, or to violate any applicable law or regulation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these conditions without refund.

6. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue, new clients, traffic, or search rankings. Website services are delivered based on professional best effort. Lead data is sourced from public records and may be incomplete. Generated outreach drafts are provided to assist you and are not a guarantee of results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uniqodes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Uniqodes in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Indemnity

You agree to hold Uniqodes harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from content you provide, your use of deliverables after delivery, outreach communications you send using our platform, or your breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if these Terms are violated or if payment is not received. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Sections covering payment obligations, intellectual property, liability, and indemnity survive termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Economic Area and applicable member state regulations, including relevant consumer protection and data protection laws.
