Orders & Payment
Fees are as stated at the time of purchase or in a written quote. Payment is required in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide necessary materials required for the project, including content, branding assets, and feedback within reasonable timeframes. Delays in providing materials may affect delivery timelines.
Deliverables & Ownership
Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the final deliverables for your business purposes as agreed in your selected package.
You retain ownership of all materials you provide. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery.
Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional payment.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our services for unlawful purposes or activities that infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue work that violates these conditions.
Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue, traffic, or rankings. Services are provided as agreed and based on professional best effort.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Uniqodes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project within the 12 months preceding any claim.
Indemnity
You agree to hold Uniqodes harmless from any claims arising from content you provide, your use of the deliverables after delivery, or breach of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated or if payment is not received. Certain sections such as payment obligations and liability limitations survive termination.
